#7611_Pre-concert keyboards onstage

This one-of-a-kind unframed original pencil and ink drawing was created up onstage by New Orleans artist Emilie Rhys on July 12, 2017, prior to the start of a live music performance at the Maple Leaf Bar, awaiting the band "Organized Crime."

The artist often arrives early and creates a drawing before the music starts, as a way of warming up creatively, and getting a preview of how the stage, or some other aspect of the setting, will fit on the page.
