Description

This one-of-a-kind original oil on wood painting was created by New Orleans artist Emilie Rhys in 1998 at the artist's Santa Fe, NM art studio, during live music sessions by Santa Fe flamenco master Carlos Lomas. He is playing the oud in this picture, an instrument for which he has a particular affinity.

This artwork appears on the back of Mr. Lomas's 1999 remastered release of his 1984 album "Adelante."
