This one-of-a-kind unframed original pencil and ink drawing was created by New Orleans artist Emilie Rhys on November 11, 2017, during an evening live music performance in the courtyard at Scene By Rhys Fine Art (its former location on Toulouse Street) celebrating the gallery's first anniversary.

Ari Teitel is performing with the trio version of Jesse McBride Presents The Next Generation, led by Christien Bold.

Pianist/educator McBride's 2013-2018 weekly Wednesday night musical residency at Prime Example served as a training ground for young musicians, whom he mentored as "The Next Generation," in tribute to his own mentor, the legendary musician/composer/record label owner/arranger/educator Harold Battiste, Jr.

Mr. Teitel will receive a cash commission from the sale of this artwork in which he is depicted.
