This one-of-a-kind unframed original pencil and ink drawing was created by New Orleans artist Emilie Rhys on October 25, 2012, one of a number of drawings and paintings of the artist's husband John Heller -- all of them based upon him sitting for live portrait sessions in the artist's French Quarter art studio, or drawings created while travelling.
Mr. Heller passed away September 5, 2020.
