This one-of-a-kind original pencil and ink drawing was created by New Orleans artist Emilie Rhys on January 24, 2020, during a live music performance at the Jazz Playhouse, Royal Sonesta.
It is on view at The Café at The Collection at 520 Royal Street, located in the courtyard of The Historic New Orleans Collection, a museum in the French Quarter. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30am–4:00pm; and Sunday, 10:30am–4:00pm. The Café is closed Mondays/Tuesdays.
Ms. Jones will receive a cash commission from the sale of this artwork in which she is depicted.
